Everything was good! First, location was prime because it's only 1-minute walk from the Awajicho metro stop (red line) and only 5-minute walk from the yellow and green line (can't remember the names). Second, staff were polite, professional, despite their limited ability to speak English. But these days we can always use the translation apps. And this is not a 5-star hotel so we can't really expect them to speak excellent English. Third, we booked the bigger room and it was very clean and every day we got new towels and pyjamas, which were not necessary. But they did it anyway. We chose for our room not to be made up for our 7-day stay. And the reward for that was that we got 2 free bottles of water for 6 days. If you could get the bigger room and have the budget for it, do it. The smaller rooms were really small in our opinion. Fourth, the coin laundry was very affordable and there's 711 just in front of the hotel. The neighbourhood was very quiet, which we wanted, despite its rather close proximity to Akibahara and Nihombashi. Fifth, value for money was excellent. We booked it around 3 months in advance.

I was not sure what to find from a 2 star hotel, however it definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was super clean, the toilet has washing system which you can adjust the pressure and heat! Japanese people very clean like Turks, so i was very glad for that. Bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and hair conditioner which i only liked the smell of shampoo and used that only, i already brought these things from my own country anyway. there was AC which was very easy to adjust. The pillow was hard but i asked softer one which they provided immediately. Room has mini fridge, too. Housekeeper cleans your room every day and changes towels. There was kettle in the room. You can find every cleaning material in main floor for free (toothbrush, token, even shower washclot, ear cottons, pleasant smelling bath salts, and other toiletries that a person may neeed) There was no breakfast but you can get free coffee, different kinds of tea and water which was enough for me. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Exceptional location with 10 minute walkable reach to multiple subways & large train station (Marunouchi subway line within 2 minutes!), plenty of small convenience and grocery stores & pharmacies and fast food restaurants around. Nice 20 minute walk through classy business district with shopping malls and restaurants towards imperial palace & Tokyo central station. Quiet rooms where neighbors cannot be heard, very clean and with adjustable ventilation (both heat and cooling option), comfy 130 cm wide mattress (single superior). In case you find default hard pillows uncomfortable (we did) then ask for free replacement to soft feather pillows. Nice choice of amenities in the lobby with water refill, microwave on 2nd floor. Room is small so 2 large suitcases requires some space planning but doable, given the price and location it is still superior offer. Every staff member speaks good English and are very friendly & willing to help.

The location is awesome, you are able to reach the station of Kanda extremely fast, and also Akihabara area. There are several restaurants where you can eat each kind of food in the surrounding area. The room is extremely clean, well kept, well organized and presented. Noises from the outside are very limited and you can barely hear the traffic when the window is closed. Also blinds were very welcomed. Toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers included and changed daily. The blankets are always very clean and soft. In the lobby you find other stuff that you can freely use, like combs and other self care tools. The staff was very kind and they let us keep the luggage at the reception after the check out.

LOCATION: The location is close to Tokyo Metro Awajicho/Ogawamachi Stations and JR Kanda Station. There many coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. If one enjoys walking, it's a good walk to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. ROOM: The room was good enough for one person. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: In addition to the usual amenities, I liked it that there were power outlets at the bed headboard. STAFF: The staff at the reception when I checked in was very helpful. They were friendly and smiled a lot. Check in was smooth. So was the check out.
